The Youth Committee plans, organizes, and implements a wide range of activities for youth, from junior high through young adults. Recruits and trains adult volunteers. Recruits and trains youth leadership. Maintains regular contacts with youth. Maintains contact with parents as necessary. Works with church staff and work areas to help implement the church mission.
Our Dunamis Temple of Deliverance Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.
The Usher Board manages the sanctuary and assures that seating of worshipers as well as other tasks in an orderly manner.
The Hospitality Committee enable the congregation in welcoming new members, caring for people in transition and grief, and connecting with the elderly, the sick and engage inactive members. In addition to provide coffee, tea, and other refreshment drinks for all the people who attend the Sunday services each week and provide a spiritual center of food and fellowship where all are welcome. To also provide this service as a ministry for special events at the church whenever necessary.
The Building & Grounds Committee is responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance and security of the building and grounds of Community Church.
Our Communication Committee is developed to increase the knowledge and public awareness of Dunamis Temple through publications. facilitate communications between Dunamis Temple and prospective members and contributors and the community.
The Fundraising Committee's job is not simply to raise money. Instead, the Fundraising Committee is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall fundraising and, in particular, the fundraising done by the board.
Our Building Fund Committee develop plans in acquiring revenue through fundraising activities to expand Dunamis Temple through the purchasing of a new properties.
Our Sunday School Committee is established to provide direction to the Adult, Juniors and Primary Sunday School Ministries of the church. Plan weekly Bible lessons from designated Sunday School curriculum for a class of children or youth. This will best be accomplished when the teacher works to build healthy relationships with the students that model the Spirit of Jesus. It also includes creating a welcoming classroom environment that will enhance learning.
